Mira has been an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years. Over half of her career has been spent in healthcare management roles, where she has had the opportunity to lead large and diverse teams to peak levels of clinical and operations success. During this time, she has affectionately earned the title of “The Employee Whisperer” because she has been able to bring about change and engagement from the most "difficult" employees. She has used her clinical and management experience as the launching pad to her passion of training and consulting. Mira has over 10 years of professional speaking experience. Her training style has been commonly and consistently described as engaging, interactive, and practical.

Mira's extensive clinical, management, and training experience have uniquely positioned her to partner with organizations including Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, Waxahachie Police Department, Dallas Fire and Rescue, Dallas ISD, and Texas Christian University. Drawing upon her expertise, Mira has collaborated with experts in psychology and human resources to develop a proven model of internal leadership development. Through this practical approach, she equips companies with the tools and strategies necessary to foster secure and supportive workplace cultures.
