In 2004, Dorian graduated with a Medical Administration diploma in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

From 2004-2007 she worked as a supervisor for the Hip and Knee replacement clinic where she managed a team of office assistants whose role was to ensure the centralized booking process of hip and knee replacement was effective.

In 2007 Dorian joined the CLS team as Brian Lee’s Executive Assistant. Shortly afterwards, her project management skills shone through and was offered the position of Director of Quality Processes. Her role became one of managing and monitoring all our client patient experience scores along with their entire Service Excellence programs, working alongside our Implementation Specialists and coaches.

Dorian went on maternity leave in 2016 with her youngest child. When she returned in early 2017, Custom Learning Systems strategically decided to focus on their digital products and services. She began a journey with Brian to create our flagship digital product, CareSay™.

As a leader responsible for every aspect of our digital product development for both the Everyone’s a Caregiver® Micro-Webinar System and the CareSay Suite™, user interface, and marketing, Dorian continues to ensure that our implementation process is of the highest quality.

On a personal note, Dorian is a classically trained singer and an active member of the musical community in Calgary, Alberta, Canada including singing with her vocal ensemble, CorEssence.
