Pat has been with Custom Learning Systems since 1995 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Client Services, program development, and executive initiatives. She played a key role in developing CLS’s Service Excellence Initiative and LEAD Protocol™, helping healthcare organizations strengthen leadership and patient experience performance.
