Susan Freeman - Implementation Specialist

Susan plans and executes human resource training programs. The scope of her efforts include needs assessment, curriculum development, workshop facilitation, seminar delivery, and keynote speeches. Curriculum she has designed include: Customer Service, Total Quality Management, Implementing Self-Directed Teams, Coaching and Leadership Skills, Facilitating Meetings, Time Management, Change and the Future.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant Susan was a Corporate Program Manager for Inc. Magazine, Training and Conference Division, Boston, MA. She worked with over 1,000 clients and 90 different contractors, presented over 200 seminars and conference keynotes to groups ranging from 8 attendees to conference audiences of 2,500, all over the United States, Japan and Mexico. Subjects included Time Management, Presentation Skills, Assertive Management, Supervisory and Advanced Management Skills, and Train the Trainer. Provided needs assessments in Total Quality areas. These conference experiences led to a featured role in three INC videos: Smart Solutions for Managing your Time, How to Deliver Superior Customer Service, and Managing People.

For seven years, Susan has been a highlighted speaker at the Annual Conference of the Institute of Management Accountants (formerly National Association of Accountants.) She has produced five segments for the IMA Video Network, with her segment on Time Management garnering the highest ratings of that season.

In May of l988, Susan was selected to be the keynote speaker at the Nikkei Women's Commemorative Event held in Tokyo, Japan. This was the first presentation ever of Time Management Skills for working women in Japan, which resulted in the later release of a Japanese language time management workbook.

Susan has made more than ten presentations at conferences sponsored by Inc. Magazine; including three years at the prestigious Inc. 500 Conference, the Inc. Growing the Company Conference and Inc. Customer Service Conference.
