Dennis Heck, FACHE - Vice President, Service Development

Dennis Heck, FACHE’s career includes 12 years as President and CEO of a large integrated health system serving northern Indiana and southern Michigan. He was responsible for leadership of a multiple facility system engaged in acute care, long term care, home care, primary physician medical care and the development of managed care products. This included 2500 fte's and a medical staff organization of more than 500 physicians.

More recently he was Vice President at Press Ganey – responsible for the development of strategic partnerships which enabled it to realize its goals related to growth and profitability.

Dennis is currently Vice President of Educational Services at Custom Learning Systems Group Ltd., where he serves as an educator and mentor to clients across the United States and Canada as they engage in the exclusive CLS cultural transformation process. An ACHE Fellow for 15 years, Dennis is also an associate faculty member at the Universities of Indiana and Notre Dame and teaches healthcare administration at graduate and undergraduate levels.
