| The key to
creating a “learning organization,” an organization
that continuously reinvents itself through knowledge and
learning, is high impact leadership education.
The CLS faculty have delivered
high-impact leadership training to every level of
healthcare. Following the assessment of each client’s
unique educational need, Custom Learning Systems designs
a comprehensive, turn-key training and implementation
process. We are proud to offer our clients their very

Leadership College™
highlights, which include:

A comprehensive package of 32
proven leadership and frontline courses, briefings,
workshops, conferences, orientations, and seminars.

Clients can choose the entire
package or select individual education modules.

Each program is delivered
on-site with a focus on “real world action learning”
and “ D.O.I.T.™
(Daily Ongoing Implementation Tactics), process
and tools.

Participants are eligible to
earn 2 professional designations:
a. Leadership: Graduates who successfully complete
these assigned programs, receive a "Certified
Healthcare Leader” (C.H.L.) designation.
b. Frontline: Graduates who successfully complete
these assigned programs, earn a
“Certified Healthcare Professional” designation.
All Service Leadership
education programs are eligible for recognition by
healthcare professional and trade association
designation and certification programs (i.e. Nursing,
Risk Management, College of Health Executives, etc.).
